Enhance filtering and emulator functionality (#725)
Improve touch styling for the filtering list, fix issues with the filter
section collapsing, and update filter formatting. Enhance modal
scrolling behavior and optimize loading sequences for page content.
Refactor emulator page layout, improve error handling for save states,
and ensure game start buttons load the selected emulator core correctly.
Optimize SQL queries for saved game checks and initialize additional
data for import states.
