Scott Gress 62799c3ad4 Fix path for Controls top nav link (#33556) ... <!-- Add the related story/sub-task/bug number, like Resolves #123, or remove if NA --> **Related issue:** Resolves #33222 # Details This PR fixes an issue where clicking "Controls" in the top nav doesn't go to the expected page when the current page is a Controls tab like "Scripts".
