https://github.com/shogo82148/rdsmysql/pull/222 Adds AWS GovCloud RDS CA certificates (us-gov-east-1, us-gov-west-1) to the rdsmysql TLS bundle, improving compatibility for Fleet deployments in AWS GovCloud regions.
