### Cancel a Fleet Premium subscription
Use the following steps to cancel a Fleet Premium subscription:
1. Log into [Stripe](https://dashboard.stripe.com/dashboard) (login in 1Password) and paste the customer's email they used to sign up in the search bar at the top of the page.
2. Select the subscription related to the email and use the "Actions" drop-down to "Cancel immediately".
3. Reach out to the community member (using the [correct email template](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1D02k0tc5v-sEJ4uahAouuqnvZ6phxA_gP-IqmkBdMTE/edit#heading=h.vw9mkh5e9msx)) and let them know their subscription was canceled.
