switch from yarn to npm (#2347)
no need for yarn anymore in 2025 (especially yarn berry which is just an AI + githubactions nightmare). switch to the more standard npm. update go version to 1.24 across the board. cleanup some vite stuff, and deps. all-around improvements. |

Update our build workflows to use NodeJS 22 (#1285)
NodeJS 20 is almost EOL so I'm updating our workflows to use NodeJS 22. This does not change anything about our app, which will still use NodeJS 20 until Electron shifts away from it. NodeJS 22 is fully backwards-compatible with NodeJS 20 so there's no issue from a testing standpoint. |
