Lukas Puehringer e61ae1bea3 Remove Signed.read_from_json metadata method 
Remove metadata factory on Signed class, for the sake of API
simplicity/non-ambiguity, i.e. it's enough to have one
way of loading any Metadata, that is:
Metadata.read_from_json
