Martin Vrachev 6ff852ad0f Add support for python 3.10
Python 3.10 is released on October 4-th 2021 and it seems
logical to add support for it as it doesn't require any major effort
from the project.

# Tox (https://tox.readthedocs.io/en/latest/) is a tool for running tests
# in multiple virtualenvs. This configuration file will run the
# test suite on all supported python versions. To use it, "pip install tox"
# and then run "tox" from this directory.
