nit: fix capitalizations in onboarding titles (#6309) 
### What does this PR do?

Fixes all the capitalization in the "titles" within extensions.

I noticed that capitalization is inconsistent between the steps.

Words like Podman should be capitalized which is the extension name
(with the exception of `kubectl`), while other words should not be
capitalized.

chore: check for install on every step of compose onboarding (#5361) 
### What does this PR do?

* When going through the onboarding sequence, similar to the Podman
  onboarding, we should be checking to see if compose has already been
  installed.
* Allows you to re-run the setup and get to the "compose installed"
  page.

refactor: updated compose onboarding installation (#4479) 
### What does this PR do?

* Installation is now Download which is more correct and files updated
  (installation.ts now download.ts)
* Onboarding compose process is more flowing and streamlined, the
  system-wide install is now it's own step as it's required for
  onboarding
* Updated documentation on how to use compose within the onboarding
  process

* Adds compose installation onboarding, being able to check if you have
  compose installed, install compose as well as continue to the settings
  page.
* Ability to pick and choose your compose installation version from a

   ~/.local/share/containers/podman-desktop/extensions-storage/compose
   folder as well as system-wide
2. Go through the onboarding process

feat: add install system-wide button for compose onboarding (#3953) 
feat: add install system-wide preference button for compose extension

### What does this PR do?

* Add a "toggle" button for installing compose system wide
* Adds the first initial compose onboarding sequence which will only appear when compose isn't installed system wide (for now, as that's the only functionality at the moment / setting).
* Button will disappear / after it has been installed system wide.
