Add 12 new SVG graphics showcasing pbi-cli capabilities: - banner, chat-demo, bulk-operations, dax-debugging - backup-restore, model-health-check, rls-testing - token-cost, before-after, skills-hub - architecture-flow, feature-grid Rewrite README to be image-driven, replacing verbose text sections and mermaid diagrams with visual SVGs targeting Power BI developers.
