4fcabc256e chore(release): bump to v1.2.0, update docs and changelog 
- Update v1 sections to v1.2 in README.md, README.en.md, README.ja.md
  covering: shared interaction runtime, Ink TUI dashboard, Studio
  assistant panel, conversational book creation, entity rename,
  inkos interact endpoint, thinking model temperature clamp
- Add v1.2.0 changelog with full feature list, improvements, and fixes
- Bump all package versions from 1.1.1 to 1.2.0

- Replace v0.6 update section with v1 update (Studio + pipeline overhaul) in all three READMEs
- Add WeChat group QR code to Chinese README (before Quick Start)
- Add v1.1.0 changelog entry (Foundation Reviewer, Hook Seed Excerpt, Review Reject rollback, etc.)

e16b2c145f docs: announce Studio launch and update roadmap across all READMEs 
Add Studio release announcement near the top of all three READMEs
(zh/en/ja). Add inkos studio to command reference tables. Mark
Studio as shipped in roadmap, add interactive fiction as next item.
Update SKILL.md to v2.2.0 with Studio workflow section.
