* Update gix from 0.71.0 to 0.74.1

* Bump MSRC from 1.81 to 1.82

This is required by `gitoxide` 0.74.

* Address clippy issues

* Add getrandom and rustix to deny.toml

* Document reasons for ignoring duplicates

75abd0f283 Add openSUSE (TW) to 'Installation' section 
Since gitui is now available in the official software repository for openSUSE Tumbleweed it would make sense to add it to the install instructions.
