For #28434 This ticket is largely changing the options we invoke Swift Dialog with so that it is more reliable. The only small divergence from the ticket is that the command to exit was changed to command+shift+x due to limitations in Swift Dialog(no way to require control + key) # Checklist for submitter If some of the following don't apply, delete the relevant line. <!-- Note that API documentation changes are now addressed by the product design team. --> - [x] Changes file added for user-visible changes in `changes/`, `orbit/changes/` or `ee/fleetd-chrome/changes`.
