In order to combat errors with the LinkedIn insight tag, adding version 9 in Google Tag Manager to be published when this PR is merged. This will remove the LinkedIn Insight tag from the footer of layouts.ejs and add the tag to Google Tag Manager instead. # Checklist for submitter If some of the following don't apply, delete the relevant line. - [ ] Changes file added for user-visible changes in `changes/` or `orbit/changes/`.
