Brock Walters 8d0d309a1f Update macos-install-wine.sh with codesign warning (#17982) ... The Wine developer does have an Apple Develeoper certificate but the "Wine Stable" app bundle is not code-signed or notarized post-install & disables Gatekeeper for the install.
