Related to https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/issues/9345, https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/issues/9358 and https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/issues/9346 this adds: 1. The ability to configure `mdm.macos_updates` via `PATCH /config` and `PATCH /teams/{id}` 3.
