Due to a fundamental OS limitation with macos, when trying to update an application via mdm, the os cannot replace app files while the app is running. When this state is detected explicitly raise an error message stating that the application needs to be closed prior to updating. **Related issue:** Resolves #31972 # Checklist for submitter If some of the following don't apply, delete the relevant line. - [x] Changes file added for user-visible changes in `changes/`, `orbit/changes/` or `ee/fleetd-chrome/changes`.
