Updated grammar and typos on FAQ.md (#14587)
I was in this file and got sucked into fixing up a bunch of typos and
grammar issues. (I just had to clear all the Grammarly red marks 😵‍💫)

- Added missing punctuation
- Removed unnecessary punctuation
- Fixed some typos
- Hypenated some compound adjectives 
- Removed some unnecessary hyphens
