For #17710 Adds mdm_last_seen_at and mdm_last_enrolled_at to the host details response for Apple platforms Still testing with actual hardware to make sure the timestamps update when expected - [x] Changes file added for user-visible changes in `changes/`, `orbit/changes/` or `ee/fleetd-chrome/changes`.
