YAML reference docs: Built-in variables (#33085) 
Add `$FLEET_VAR_HOST_HARDWARE_SERIAL`

Looks like we added this variable as part of [this
sub-task](https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/issues/26609) but we didn't
documented it.
