## Addresses full stack for #18554
- Add new `timezone` column to `calendar_events` table
- When fetched from Google's API, save calendar user's timezone in this
new column along with rest of event data
- Implement datastore method to retrieve the start time and timezone for
a host's next calendar event as a `HostMaintenanceWindow`
- Localize and add UTC offset to the `HostMaintenanceWindow`'s start
time according to its `timezone`
- Include the processed `HostMaintenanceWindow`, if present, in the
response to the `GET` `hosts/{id}` and `hosts/identifier/{identifier}`
endpoints
- Implement UI on the host details page to display this data
- Add new and update existing UI, core integration, datastore, and
`fleetctl` tests
- Update `date-fns` package to the latest version

#19348
Fixed host details page and device details page not showing the latest
software.
- During software ingestion, software titles are now added if needed and
software items have their title_id field populated.
- In addition, after refreshing via UI, the software will be re-fetched
if it has been modified.
Added `exclude_software` query parameter to the
`/api/latest/fleet/hosts/:id` endpoint to exclude software from the
response.

# Changes
I'm running orbit based osqueryd on a laptop with [Tuxedo
OS](https://www.tuxedocomputers.com/en/TUXEDO-OS_1.tuxedo#).
This OS identifies its platform via osquery as `tuxedo` and is therefore
not recognized by the Fleet server:
```json
{
"err": "unrecognized platform",
"hostID": 76,
"level": "error",
"platform": "tuxedo",
"ts": "2024-05-15T13:17:34.513509387Z"
}
```
This causes policy and scheduled queries to not being run on my system.
With this PR Im adding `tuxedo` to all occurrences found when searching
for `kali`.
Additionally pre-commit checks were failing for me locally as it could
not find the hook-id `RuboCop`. This could be solved by using `rubocop`
instead.
Afterwards all pre-commit checks succeeded locally.

### Summary
This PR creates a pluralized activity log in the case where a user
deletes multiple saved queries.
I had considered updating the default template to better support
pluralization, but when reviewing the various activity log types, I
think queries are the only type that would benefit from this. So I chose
the easier option here which felt less risky.

### Test Plan
I added a unit test for this.
Additionally, I deleted multiple saved queries in my local installation.
Here's the resulting log, showing the proper pluralization:

This adds a new ListItem component and FileUploader component and
updates the Custom settings and scripts page to use this new ListItem
component.
This List component centralises where the markup and styles live. We
still need to update the bootstrap list item and eula upload list item
but will do that in the future.

## Issue
Cerra #13472
## Description
- Surface query report on the `/queries/{id}` route
- Include table buttons to show query and export query
- Include results count
- Clientside sorting and filtering for columns
- Add mock data to frontend integration mocks and to API mocks for
concurrent development
- 331 + 351 + 2 = 684 lines of code is just mocking data and not actual
changes
- If modifying sorting/filter, modify the exported results
sorting/filter as well
- Last fetched column is sentence cased, sortable by chronological order
and not alpha order of the readable string (e.g., "a year ago" should be
sorted _after_ "over 1 month ago" if sorted most recent to oldest even
though a comes before o in the alphabet)
## Screen recordings (Uses mock data)

**new column for windows hosts:**

also includes various other changes behind the scenes that include
windows hosts into the disk encryption as well as changes to the
