@xpkoala the main things to QA:
- Statistics should be sent by the server to our Heroku service.
- The should be a theoretical small improvement to DB load (using the
reader instance instead of the writer). Not sure it will be measureable.
Additional telemetry stats to report to Heroku.
FYI - @eashaw, we could later add to datadog as well.

#15556
We will need to pay attention when releasing fleet (the github actions
were modified to use the local file now).
Should be reviewed by commits (first commit is the actual adding of the
`version.go` file)
- [X] Manual QA for all new/changed functionality
Manually tested the following:
- `Settings -> My account` on the UI and checked the `/version` endpoint
response. (Or also visiting https://localhost:8080/version on a
browser).
- Ran `make fleetctl fleet`, `./build/fleetctl --version` and
`./build/fleet version`.

Related to #5898, this reports an anonymized summary of errors stored in Redis into the analytics payload.
For each error stored, this includes:
- A `count` attribute with the number of occurrences of the error
- A `loc` attribute with the 3 topmost lines in the stack trace. Note that stack traces only contain package name + line number (example: github.com/fleetdm/fleet/server.go:12
This also includes a minor refactor around error types.
Add a relatively minimal set of linters that raise safe and
mostly un-opinionated issues with the code. It runs
automatically on CI via a github action.
* WIP
* Send usage analytics
* Improve loggin of cron tasks and fix test
* Implement appconfig method now that we are checking that as well
* Address review comments
