## Description
Bumps RustFS image version from `1.0.0-alpha.72` to `1.0.0-alpha.73` in
docker-compose configurations.
**Files updated:**
- `docker-compose.yml` - root development environment
- `tools/osquery/in-a-box/docker-compose.yml` - Fleet preview
environment
RustFS provides S3-compatible object storage for file carving and
software installer features in development/testing environments.
# Checklist for submitter
If some of the following don't apply, delete the relevant line.
- [ ] Changes file added for user-visible changes in `changes/`,
`orbit/changes/` or `ee/fleetd-chrome/changes`.
See [Changes
files](https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/blob/main/docs/Contributing/guides/committing-changes.md#changes-files)
for more information.
- [ ] Input data is properly validated, `SELECT *` is avoided, SQL
injection is prevented (using placeholders for values in statements)
- [ ] If paths of existing endpoints are modified without backwards
compatibility, checked the frontend/CLI for any necessary changes
## Testing
- [ ] Added/updated automated tests
- [ ] Where appropriate, [automated tests simulate multiple hosts and
test for host
isolation](https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/blob/main/docs/Contributing/reference/patterns-backend.md#unit-testing)
(updates to one hosts's records do not affect another)
- [ ] QA'd all new/changed functionality manually
For unreleased bug fixes in a release candidate, one of:
- [ ] Confirmed that the fix is not expected to adversely impact load
test results
- [ ] Alerted the release DRI if additional load testing is needed
## Database migrations
- [ ] Checked schema for all modified table for columns that will
auto-update timestamps during migration.
- [ ] Confirmed that updating the timestamps is acceptable, and will not
cause unwanted side effects.
- [ ] Ensured the correct collation is explicitly set for character
columns (`COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci`).
## New Fleet configuration settings
- [ ] Setting(s) is/are explicitly excluded from GitOps
If you didn't check the box above, follow this checklist for
GitOps-enabled settings:
- [ ] Verified that the setting is exported via `fleetctl
generate-gitops`
- [ ] Verified the setting is documented in a separate PR to [the GitOps
documentation](https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/blob/main/docs/Configuration/yaml-files.md#L485)
- [ ] Verified that the setting is cleared on the server if it is not
supplied in a YAML file (or that it is documented as being optional)
- [ ] Verified that any relevant UI is disabled when GitOps mode is
enabled
## fleetd/orbit/Fleet Desktop
- [ ] Verified compatibility with the latest released version of Fleet
(see [Must
rule](https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/blob/main/docs/Contributing/workflows/fleetd-development-and-release-strategy.md))
- [ ] If the change applies to only one platform, confirmed that
`runtime.GOOS` is used as needed to isolate changes
- [ ] Verified that fleetd runs on macOS, Linux and Windows
- [ ] Verified auto-update works from the released version of component
to the new version (see [tools/tuf/test](../tools/tuf/test/README.md))

## Testing
- [x] Added/updated automated tests
- [x] QA'd all new/changed functionality manually
Also ensures we run integration tests when docker-compose files used by
`fleetctl preview` are changed, so we don't merge any more test failures
due to those.
Fixes#29216. No changes file as this is just a `docker-compose` change
so this will work with existing Fleet releases.

- [x] Manual QA for all new/changed functionality
By default, we shouldn't override FMA manifest locations, and these
overrides pinned manifests to a specific, outdated commit. Stray lines
added in 1353b9cbc4, merged as part of
#20974.
I noticed a spelling issue and a grammar issue and fixed similar ones
elsewhere in our docs

#15563
- [X] Manual QA for all new/changed functionality
Tested by running the following:
If the changes haven't been merged to `main`:
```sh
fleetctl preview --preview-config 15563-move-external-dep-osquery-in-a-box-to-monorepo
fleetctl preview stop
fleetctl preview reset
```
If the changes were already merged to `main`:
```sh
fleetctl preview
fleetctl preview stop
fleetctl preview reset
```
Update the default file carver block size to be compatible with MySQL 8
& S3.
Update surrounding docs.
Various other updates to references of MySQL versions (all terraform
deploys are now defaulted MySQL 8 in AWS)

* remove outdated config file description
`example_config.json` was removed in f11da7b05b but the documentation
was still there, this removes the description from the README as well.
* add a note about how to use scripts with premium features
Somewhere around osquery 4.4.0 these messages were added to query
responses. We can now expose them to the API clients rather than using
the placeholder text.
Required for #192
- Add endpoints for osquery to register and continue a carve.
- Implement client functionality for retrieving carve details and contents in fleetctl.
- Add documentation on using file carving with Fleet.
Addresses kolide/fleet#1714
* Use YAML anchors to avoid repeating config blocks
* Use docker volumes to persist data for mysql
* Allow setting `FLEET_SERVER` (fixes#2127) when using the docker-compose file to spin up multiple osquery clients
Almost two years ago, we began referring to the project as Fleet, but there are
many occurences of the term "Kolide" throughout the UI and documentation. This
PR attempts to clear up those uses where it is easily achievable.
The term "Kolide" is used throughout the code as well, but modifying this would
be more likely to introduce bugs.
On CentOS6 there is a bug in which osquery incorrectly reports an empty string
for platform. This PR fixes our detection of centos in this case.
