- @noahtalerman: `customer-montague` was frustrated that they had to
re-deploy fleetd to enable scripts. At organizations that have a
third-party tool that can run scripts (other than Fleet), this is
avoidable! We want to document how to enable scripts remotely w/o
re-deploying fleetd.

This adds the UI to support locking and unlocking ios and ipad devices.
This allows the users with the correct permission to lock and unlock
these devices from the host details page host actions dropdown. It also
adds these activities to the upcoming activities feed.

Note: brock, we should also update handbook for new ritual to add
articles with assets like this.

I will after this is merged, do a cherry pick onto the RC 4.73 branch,

the content of these sub sections.**
