Website: enable parallax animation on cloud city image (#17104)
Changes:
- Merged two layers of the parallax cloud city image & updated
filenames.
- Added a transition property to the parallax cloud city image to make
the animation smoother when scrolling with a mouse wheel.
- Updated the z-index of the website's footer to prevent the content
from being hidden by the parallax image when it is at its starting
position

- Updated the testimonial configuration in testimonial.yml to add two
new required values:
- `quoteAuthorProfileImageFilename` - The filename of the quote author's
LinkedIn profile picture in the website's `assets/images/` folder
- `productCategories`: An array of product categories that this quote is

- Added new quotes to testimonials.yml 
- Updated the testimonial validation in build-static-content to throw an

Website: Add MDM demo video modal to /device-management (#12380)
Changes:
- Added a modal to the /device-management page where users can fill out
a form to see an MDM demo video.
- Added a new email template: `email-mdm-video`, that is sent to users
who submit the form on the device management page.
- Added a new action: `deliver-mdm-demo-email.js`, that sends an MDM
demo video email.
- Updated the modal component to allow the default styling to be
overridden on a page-by-page basis (Moved inline styles into the
component's stylesheet)
- Updated `website/config/routes.js`, `website/config/policies.js`, and
ran the `rebuild-cloud-sdk` script.

- Updated the <call-to-action> component to add support for a new prop:
`type`. This can be set to `premium-upgrade` or `mdm-beta`. If this prop
is provided, the component will render a call to action for the limited
MDM beta or Fleet Premium.

- Added a CTA for upgrading to Fleet premium to the `Fleet 4.27.0`
