A Ctrl+C during a fleetd Windows build could leave a windows syso named
`resource.syso` in Fleet Desktop folder which was preventing macOS/Linux
builds from happening.
Related: https://github.com/josephspurrier/goversioninfo/issues/14
PS: If you already have a lingering `resource.syso` in `orbit/cmd/orbit`
or `orbit/cmd/desktop` then removing it will solve the issue.
Added additional logic to the cleanup script to remove MDM artifacts.

A previous PR updated this script to only run as root, but broke running
on github actions as they're not root.
This is cherry picked from my Linux ARM64 branch, which also fixes this
issue
two motivations:
- prevent mysterious crashes in arm64 machines without Rosetta (often
the case in fresh VMs)
- prevent unexpected errors in Windows arm64 VMs when using certain
system calls
