UI: Add automatic EnrollMdm modal (#9455) 
# Addresses #9365 

# Implements
MDM enrollment modal that handles both automatic and manual enrollment
instructions:
- Automatic:

Feat/add mdm modal (#9207) 
relates to https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/issues/8987

adds an MDM modal users can use to download an enrollment profile. It
purposely is not displayed anywhere currently.
