We designed the setup experience for manual enrollments for agent
install, we haven't got to the automatic piece.
Support for automatic enrollment + Autopilot is coming in this story:
https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/issues/38785
Mention "bootstrap package" to help Mac admins, who are familiar with
the term, realize that they can install a bootstrap package when new
Windows workstations first boot
