recreate certificate templates when CA or subject name change (#36772)
**Related issue:** Resolves #36717

When gitops runs and the yml for a certificate template includes a
change to a certificate authority or a subject name for an existing
certificate template. Do not update the certificate template, delete the
old one and create a new one. This will aid in ensuring the new
certificate is sent to the android device.

Improve darwin version validation to handle shorter osquery versions (#36391)
Add reverse prefix check in validation logic to accept cases where the
expected version (from Homebrew) is longer than what osquery reports.
This allows removing version shorteners for Twingate and Citrix
Workspace that were only shortening dot-separated version strings. This
also allows for our FMA library on fleetdm.com to represent more
accurate version strings.

- Add HasPrefix check for expected version starting with found version
- Remove TwingateVersionShortener
- Remove CitrixWorkspaceVersionShortener
- Remove citrix_workspace_version_shortener_test.go

Previously, HTML tags and special characters (<, >, &) were being

This affected both app descriptions with HTML links and shell scripts
with redirect operators.

<!-- Add the related story/sub-task/bug number, like Resolves #123, or

Related doc update #35736

Adds a PUT endpoint for setting setup experience scripts, as opposed to
the current POST implementation(which errors if the script is already
set, which is why gitops calls DELETE first every time). If the contents
change, the new endpoint has the same effect as DELETE then POST today,
however if the contents are unchanged no changes occur, allowing gitops
runs to avoid cancelling script executions.

Also switched gitops over to the new PUT endpoint and removed the DELETE
in the "set" path.

**Related issue:** Resolves #34542

Functionally similar to host identity and Apple MDM SCEP endpoints.
- Changes file will be added later (this is a sub-task of the feature).
- A standard SCEP payload can be used to get a cert to an Apple device:

osquery-perf changes only

- Updated Ubuntu template to add a patch version. This increases the
number of OS versions in line with customer environments.
- Updated Ubuntu template to send from a set of kernels per agent. This
closer replicates a customer environment with a lot of Linux hosts.
- Updated software versions to be deterministic. Once an agent selects a
software version, then it will use the same version for future checkins.

Randomized software versions in osquery-perf (#34656)
<!-- Add the related story/sub-task/bug number, like Resolves #123, or

Tested locally. A software title will change versions about 1% of the
time (so if a host has 1000 titles, then ~10 of them will change
versions).

Update test file to allow Go to zip module (#34554)
<!-- Add the related story/sub-task/bug number, like Resolves #123, or

**Related issue:** For #6994

This is a non-functional change to the `generate-gitops` tests that
renames a testfile to not contain an emoji, because Go can't zip and
publish modules that have filenames with emojis in them.

The actual output from the `generate-gitops` command _can_ contain a
file that has an emoji in its name, representing a team with an emoji in
its name. I updated the test here to translate the test filename (now
without emoji) to the actual expected filename (with the emoji).
