Live Queries now collect stats. Stats are collected for saved queries
present in the Queries tab.
- After running a live query, user will see updated stats in Queries
tab.
- Query stats on Host Details page will no longer be cleared after
host/agent reboots.
- Query stats are now deleted when query is deleted.

This change affects Chrome-based and Firefox browsers. I tried Safari,
but it appears that latest Safari extensions simply show up as regular

Updated code so that macOS version returns RSR, if available. For
example: `14.3.1 (a)` as opposed to simply `14.3.1`
This feature is supported by osquery with the `extra` column in
`os_version` table.
Since I could not get a real macOS running a version with RSR, I did the
following manual checks:
- ensured that `extra` column from osquery `os_version` table was being
received for processing
- hard coded the `extra` column result on the server and verified the OS
version was correct in GUI and REST APIs
Main testing was done by Zach following these

Should fix the issue reported in #12230. For Wireshark, osquery was
reporting a `vendor` value larger than what we allowed storing in the
`vendor` column (32 bytes). But recently we enlarged the `vendor` column
to fit `114` chars. The direct software ingestion routine was inserting
a new software entry every time because the incoming software vendor was
different to what Fleet had stored in the previous ingestion (`vendor`
column trimmed from `The Wireshark developer community,
https://www.wireshark.org/` to `The Wireshark developer communit`).
I've now made sure that all fields are trimmed as soon as they are
received by osquery thus not triggering any re-inserts when any field is
larger than what Fleet supports.

This should get version numbers for more apps on macOS. Notably,
1Password includes helper apps that were getting vulnerability false
positives because we were not picking up the versions.

This fixes an issue where users would see the incorrect disk encryption
banners on the my device page. This included a change to the ingestion
logic of the `directIngestDiskEncryptionKeyDarwin` method to take into

The "Public IP address" field is sometimes set to a "Private IP" on the
following types of Fleet deployments:
- Local deployments.
- Deployments where Fleet is on a private network.
- Deployments where an agent connects to Fleet not via the public
internet.
This PR will prevent a private IP to be set on the `host.public_ip`
field.
And this PR also adds documentation on how Fleet deduces the public IPs
of the devices so that a user can make the changes to fix this.

This is reproduced in dogfood for `dogfood-centos-box` and
`dogfood-ubuntu-box` where their "Private IP" is also their "Public IP".
Given that these hosts have their "Primary IP" configured to be their
"Public IP" alongside their "Private IP", the `network_interface_unix`
and `network_interface_windows` queries are now changed to ingest only
private IPs for the "Private IP" field.
