* **Chores**
* Updated internal logging infrastructure to use Go's standard logging
library, modernizing the logging system while maintaining existing
functionality and error handling behavior.

This pull request updates the logic for selecting which user receives
maintenance window calendar events on hosts with multiple users. The
changes clarify and enforce a priority system for choosing the recipient
email, ensuring that IdP-sourced emails are preferred, followed by
Google Chrome profile emails. This affects both user-facing
documentation and backend implementation.
**User-facing behavior and documentation:**
* The end-user documentation now explicitly describes the email
selection priority for calendar event recipients: IdP Username email is
chosen first, then Google Chrome profile email, and if multiple Chrome
emails exist, the first alphabetically is selected.
**Backend logic and data selection:**
* The comment in `calendar_cron.go` is updated to match the new email
selection logic, explaining the prioritization of email sources for
host-user assignment.
* The SQL query in `policies.go` is refactored to implement the new
priority system for selecting user emails per host:
- IdP sources (`mdm_idp_accounts`, `idp`) are considered first,
- then Google Chrome profiles,
- then other sources.
- If multiple emails exist at the same priority, the first
alphabetically is chosen.

PLEASE READ BELOW before looking at file changes
Before converting individual files/packages to slog, we generally need
to make these 2 changes to make the conversion easier:
- Replace uses of `kitlog. With` since they are not fully compatible with
our kitlog adapter
- Directly use the kitlog adapter logger type instead of the kitlog
interface, which will let us have direct access to the underlying slog
logger: `*logging.Logger`
Note: that I did not replace absolutely all uses of `kitlog.Logger`, but
I did remove all uses of `kitlog. With` except for these due to
complexity:
- server/logging/filesystem.go and the other log writers (webhook,
firehose, kinesis, lambda, pubsub, nats)
- server/datastore/mysql/nanomdm_storage.go (adapter pattern)
- server/vulnerabilities/nvd/* (cascades to CLI tools)
- server/service/osquery_utils/queries.go (callback type signatures
cascade broadly)
- cmd/maintained-apps/ (standalone, so can be transitioned later all at
once)
Most of the changes in this PR follow these patterns:
- `kitlog.Logger` type → `*logging.Logger`
- `kitlog.With(logger, ...)` → `logger.With(...)`
- `kitlog.NewNopLogger() → logging.NewNopLogger()`, including similar
variations such as `logging.NewLogfmtLogger(w)` and
`logging.NewJSONLogger(w)`
- removed many now-unused kitlog imports
Unique changes that the PR review should focus on:
- server/platform/logging/kitlog_adapter.go: Core adapter changes
- server/platform/logging/logging.go: New convenience functions
- server/service/integration_logger_test.go: Test changes for slog

# Checklist for submitter
- We will add changes file later.
- [x] Input data is properly validated, `SELECT *` is avoided, SQL
injection is prevented (using placeholders for values in statements)
- [x] If database migrations are included, checked table schema to
confirm autoupdate
- For database migrations:
- [x] Checked schema for all modified table for columns that will
auto-update timestamps during migration.
- [x] Confirmed that updating the timestamps is acceptable, and will not
cause unwanted side effects.
- [x] Ensured the correct collation is explicitly set for character
columns (`COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci`).
- [x] Added/updated automated tests
- Did not do manual QA since the SCEP client I have doesn't support ECC.
Will rely on next subtasks for manual QA.

#20994 unreleased bug -- callback was clearing event body tag
# Checklist for submitter
- [x] Added/updated tests
- [x] Manual QA for all new/changed functionality
#19352
Includes the following changes:
- Re-enable calendar callback
- Introduced a new Redis key that indicates event was updated by
calendar callback. In that case, we ignore subsequent callbacks for 10
seconds.
- This reduces the amount of Google API calls, including handling of the
unneeded callback generated by our own event change.
- Read event from DB after acquiring lock. This is critical since we get
the updated ETag of the Google Calendar event from our DB. Using the
previous ETag when fetching event sometimes returns stale data,
resulting in duplicate events.
- Fixed bug in getCalendarLock where calendar cron would always think it
got the lock
- Do not refetch timezone during calendar callback to reduce Google API
load
- Watch for calendar event changes for 1 week after event end (to
account for user moving event into the future)
- #20442: Speculative improvement for Google callback latency by keeping
the same notification channel (callback URL).
- processCalendarAsync now takes at least 1 sec to process all events,
to reduce CPU/Redis load
- Increased lock expiration time from 1 minute to 20 minutes to account
for potential Google API retries, fixing occasional duplicate events.
- Added `get-events.go` helper script that gets maintenance events from
user calendars, and checks for duplicates

In maintenance windows using Google Calendar, calendar event is now
recreated within 30 seconds if deleted or moved to the past.
- Added new endpoint for Google Calendar:
`/api/_version_/fleet/calendar/webhook/{event_uuid}`
- Added UUID to `calendar_events` table to make webhook lookup more
efficient
- webhook endpoint will only recreate event if needed -- it will not
fire webhook. Webhook is still done by the cron job.

## Addresses full stack for #18554
- Add new `timezone` column to `calendar_events` table
- When fetched from Google's API, save calendar user's timezone in this
new column along with rest of event data
- Implement datastore method to retrieve the start time and timezone for
a host's next calendar event as a `HostMaintenanceWindow`
- Localize and add UTC offset to the `HostMaintenanceWindow`'s start
time according to its `timezone`
- Include the processed `HostMaintenanceWindow`, if present, in the
response to the `GET` `hosts/{id}` and `hosts/identifier/{identifier}`
endpoints
- Implement UI on the host details page to display this data
- Add new and update existing UI, core integration, datastore, and
`fleetctl` tests
- Update `date-fns` package to the latest version
