Update API calls in front-end to use new, non-deprecated URLs and params (#41515)
<!-- Add the related story/sub-task/bug number, like Resolves #123, or

**Related issue:** Resolves #41391

# Details

This PR updates front-end API calls to use new URLs and API params, so
that the front end doesn't cause deprecation warnings to appear on the
server.

## Testing

- [X] Added/updated automated tests
- [ ] QA'd all new/changed functionality manually
The biggest risk here is not that we missed a spot that still causes a
deprecation warning, but that we might inadvertently make a change that
breaks the front end, for instance by sending `fleet_id` to a function
that drops it silently and thus sends no ID to the server. Fortunately
we use TypeScript in virtually every place affected by these changes, so
the code would not compile if there were mismatches between the API
expectation and what we're sending. Still, spot checking as many places
as possible both for deprecation-warning leaks and loss of functionality
is important.

## Summary by CodeRabbit

* **Refactor**
* Updated API nomenclature across the application to use "fleets"
instead of "teams" and "reports" instead of "queries" in endpoint paths
and request/response payloads.

# Details

This PR updates front-end routes and redirects the old routes to the new
ones.

While I typically have shied away from renaming vars and constants in
this phase of the renaming work, I chose to rename the path constants
here because they're a lot less useful when they have names that don't
correspond to the paths they're representing. I did the renames using
VSCode's "Rename Symbol" feature which automatically finds and fixes any
references. I then asked Claude to verify the changes and it didn't find
any dangling references (also the code would fail to compile unless all
the new names collided with old ones).

I've also added improved a11y attributes to the slider component,

EndUserMigrationSection component.

Add null check to fix manage automations issue (#30154)
For #30001

# Details

When Fleet is started with logging configured in a way such that the
logging plugin has no `config`, clicking "Manage Automations" on the
manage queries page results in a 500 page. An example config would be:

```
fdm up --server_address=localhost:8080 --dev --dev_license --logging_debug --osquery_result_log_plugin=stdout --osquery_status_log_plugin=stdout --activity_audit_log_plugin=stdout
```

This PR fixes the issue by adding null protection for cases where the
`config` object is empty for the logging plugin.

contains updates to variables, constants, and class names, more
error-prone changes that, if review and QA capacity allow, can be PRed
for consistency between the code and the copy, but is not critical for
the desired UI updates.

compatible with the query

## Testing

1. Add a new query with the SQL "SELECT * FROM privacy_preferences;".
Verify that only ChromeOS is checked in the modal when you click Save.
2. Verify that if you deselect ChromeOS (so that no platforms are
selected), the save button is disabled in the modal.
3. Select one or more platforms and save the query.
4. After saving the query, edit it and verify that the platforms you
selected are checked.
5. Verify that deselecting all platforms disables the edit button on the
Edit Query screen.
6. Select different platforms, save, and refresh to verify that the
platforms you selected were persisted.

Ability to add labels to queries (front end) (#26867)

## Details

This PR adds the ability to select labels when saving or editing a query
in the UI, so that the query will only target hosts with those labels.
It follows the API design from
https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/pull/26589, utilizing the
`labels_include_any` field. The expectation is that when creating or
updating a query, `labels_include_any` is an array of label names, and
when fetching a single query, `labels_include_any` is an array of
objects with a `name` and an `id` key.

As part of this work the `TargetLabelSelector` component is updated to
allow it to show a message in place of the dropdown when there are no
custom options (e.g. "include any", "include all", "exclude any") to
choose from.

UI - GitOps Mode: Core abstractions, first batch of applications (#26401)
## For #26229 – Part 1

- This PR contains the core abstractions, routes, API updates, and types
for GitOps mode in the UI. Since this work will touch essentially every
part of the Fleet UI, it is ripe for merge conflicts. To mitigate such
conflicts, I'll be merging this work in a number of iterative PRs. ~To
effectively gate any of this work from showing until it is all merged to
`main`, [this commit](feedbb2d4c) hides
the settings section that allows enabling/disabling this setting,
effectively feature flagging the entire thing. In the last of these
iterative PRs, that commit will be reverted to engage the entire
feature. For testing purposes, reviewers can `git revert
feedbb2d4c25ec2e304e1f18d409cee62f6752ed` locally~ The new settings
section for this feature is feature flagged until all PRs are merged -
to show the setting section while testing, run `ALLOW_GITOPS_MODE=true
NODE_ENV=development yarn run webpack --progress --watch` in place of
`make generate-dev`

- Changes file will be added and feature flag removed in the last PR

   - Updating a team
   - Creating a query
   - Updating a query
- Refactor `AutoResizeInputField` to remove its internal state-based
