Before converting individual files/packages to slog, we generally need
to make these 2 changes to make the conversion easier:
- Replace uses of `kitlog.With` since they are not fully compatible with
our kitlog adapter
- Directly use the kitlog adapter logger type instead of the kitlog
interface, which will let us have direct access to the underlying slog
logger: `*logging.Logger`
Note: that I did not replace absolutely all uses of `kitlog.Logger`, but
I did remove all uses of `kitlog.With` except for these due to
complexity:
- server/logging/filesystem.go and the other log writers (webhook,
firehose, kinesis, lambda, pubsub, nats)
- server/datastore/mysql/nanomdm_storage.go (adapter pattern)
- server/vulnerabilities/nvd/* (cascades to CLI tools)
- server/service/osquery_utils/queries.go (callback type signatures
cascade broadly)
- cmd/maintained-apps/ (standalone, so can be transitioned later all at
once)
Most of the changes in this PR follow these patterns:
- `kitlog.Logger` type → `*logging.Logger`
- `kitlog.With(logger, ...)` → `logger.With(...)`
- `kitlog.NewNopLogger() → logging.NewNopLogger()`, including similar
variations such as `logging.NewLogfmtLogger(w)` and

Live Queries now collect stats. Stats are collected for saved queries
present in the Queries tab.
- After running a live query, user will see updated stats in Queries
tab.
- Query stats on Host Details page will no longer be cleared after
host/agent reboots.
- Query stats are now deleted when query is deleted.

Somewhere around osquery 4.4.0 these messages were added to query
responses. We can now expose them to the API clients rather than using
the placeholder text.
Required for #192
When an osqueryd agent sends an enroll request it automatically sends
some details about the system. We now save these details which helps
ensure we send the correct platform config.

Instead of trying to decode and re-encode status logs, we now write them directly as they come in.
This change prevents future changes to the osquery status log file format (addition and deletion of fields ) from
affecting Fleet. A similar change was implemented in #1636 for result logs.

Initially fleet decoded the incoming JSON sent to the log endpoint.
Then the log event would be written to a log writer by calling json.Encoder{}.Encode.
Re-encoding logs is lossy; whenever a new field is sent by osqueryd we don't keep up with them.
Instead of caring about the content of the OsqueryResultLog, fleet will now write all log results
exactly as sent to the server by osqueryd.

The launcher service implementation is an adapter around the TLS service.
All launcher methods that have an equivalent in TLS pass the business logic to the
TLS API.
