Handbook: Update Product design rituals (#20761)

Browse source 
- New, weekly "🦢🗣 Apple MDM maturity review" ritual
- One, daily design review for MDM and Endpoint ops
- Remove "Prioritize for next sprint" ritual because @noahtalerman
doesn't know what this is
