7. Review the [Accounts receivable](https://fleetdm.lightning.force.com/lightning/r/Report/00OUG000001oc9Z2AQ/view) report in SFDC for customers on multiyear deals. For any customers due for invoicing within the next week, create an issue on the Finance board.
### Create an offer in AWS Marketplace
1. Use gmail to log in to AWS SSO.
2. Use this URL [https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/management/offers/](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/management/offers/) to login.
3. Click "create private offer"
4. Product type is "SaaS product"
5. Product is "Fleet Premium".
6. Click "continue to offer details." This should bring you to "Step 1: Provide offer information."
7. For offer name use the naming convention [YYYY] [Customer name] [initial term or renewal]. Example, "2025 Horus renewal."
8. You can leave the offer description blank.
9. Select whether the offer is a renewal or not.
10. If it is a renewal, you'll need to select whether it is an existing customer moving to AWS Marketplace with Fleet for the first time, or whether they are an existing AWS Marketplace customer of Fleet.
11. Enter an appropriate date for the offer to expire (may need to consult with AE or CX person that owns the account). Then click next.
12. This will bring you to Step 2: Configure offer pricing and duration. The pricing model is contract pricing with up front payment.
13. Contract start date: Select start at a future date and enter the start date of the term on the order form.
14. Contract duration: Select enter an end date and enter the date of the first annual term on the order form.
15. Currency: Select USD unless the order form specifies something different.
16. Purchasing options: you can leave multiple dimensions per contract selected.
17. Pricing per contract dimension: Enter the number of hosts for annual cost per host.
18. Enter the total contract value and select annually for billing. If it is a multi-year deal, hit generate installment plan and then make sure the annual billing details match the order form.
19. Click next to proceed to Step 3: Add buyers.
20. Enter the customer's AWS account ID and click next to proceed to Step 4: Configurel egal terms and offer documents.
21. Select "custom legal terms" and upload the applicable terms. Note this could be two documents: an order form, and master subscription terms if separate from the order form.
22. Click "Next" to go to Step 5: Review and create. Verify the information is accurate and submit the offer. Let the AE or CX account owner know that you have done so.
