### Process to send out GitOps workshop certifications
After every GitOps workshop, Fleet issues a certificate to all participants who passed via email.
#### Collect attendee data

2. Make sure the issue is assigned to the DRI (Irena).
3. Confirm the issue includes:
- Workshop date
- Workshop location
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Registered (yes or no)
- Attended (yes or no)
- Certified by the trainer (passed)

3. Click **Add single**.
4. Enter:

- Full name (first and last)
5. Repeat for each certified attendee.
6. If there are more than 10 attendees, consider uploading a CSV.
