Subject: [PATCH] Include check for upcoming invoices in weekly ritual (#19849)

Noticed whilst doing the weekly revenue report that we are due to
invoice Reddit for year 2 in 5 days. Thought it is probably a good idea
to check for upcoming invoices every time as part of this process. ...
