- Kick off 1 business day SLA for the Head of Product Design to process this and work with the CTO to deliver a revised order form back to the AE.
- Review each proposed customer promise on the order form.
- For each customer request, create user stories and [T-shirt size](https://fleetdm.com/handbook/company/product-groups#t-shirt-sizing-capacity-planning) them.
- If necessary, the EM takes up to 1 business day to gather information necessary to T-shirt size.
- Review the [release planning roadmap](https://github.com/orgs/fleetdm/projects/87/views/2) to determine available capacity in upcoming releases.
- Decide which Fleet release can be targeted for each customer promise.
- Update the order form to reflect targeted date of each release.
