Product Design rituals: Revise sprint kickoff review and add sprint retro task (#34477)

- Separate sprint kickoff reviews for @marko-lisica (#g-mdm +
#g-software) and @rachaelshaw (#g-orchestration +
#g-security-compliance)
  - Up to the Product Designer to reschedule as needed
- Sprint retro is its own call
