Add "exclude software" parameter to get host by identifier (#20133) For #19540 Just added the same "exclude_software" functionality that exists in "get hosts" to the "get host by identifier" function. - [ ] Changes file added for user-visible changes in `changes/`, `orbit/changes/` or `ee/fleetd-chrome/changes`. See [Changes files](https://fleetdm.com/docs/contributing/committing-changes#changes-files) for more information. - [ ] Manual QA for all new/changed functionality
