Upgrades to StorageHub release [v0.1.4](https://github.com/Moonsong-Labs/storage-hub/releases/tag/v0.1.4). ## ⚠️ Breaking Changes ⚠️ - A DB migration for the indexer DB. Should be auto-applied by the indexer node on startup, if this is not disabled by the env var `SH_INDEXER_DB_AUTO_MIGRATE`.
