Enable code coverage (#500)
* Update Gopkg.toml

* Update Gopkg.lock

* Add new test-coverage command

* Update .gitignore to ignore coverage.out

* Test injection of COVERALLS_TOKEN variable

* Rm recursive coveralls token

* Ensure that goveralls gets installed

* Rm second Go version
