loks0n 89419344c2 Restore MariaDB defaults, fix remaining timeouts, filter listener span logs 
- Change .env defaults back from MongoDB to MariaDB
- Bump all remaining "Load and Start Appwrite" timeouts from 3 to 5 minutes
- Filter listener.* span logs to only export on error
