Unit tests cover the CTA registry register/resolve/has/all behaviour and the DatabasesCreateIndex action's name, scope, validation surface, and not-implemented execute path. The e2e suite runs the full CRUD lifecycle, dismiss, and CTA trigger paths against a real cloud project, including authentication boundaries.
