hawkgs 7c1a16db26 refactor(devtools): create highlight overlay on node selection (#60744) 
Currently, highlighting works only when a directive explorer node is hovered. The change enables this feature on node selection as well.

This directory contains the "backend" of Angular DevTools. This module interacts with the framework debugging APIs and responses to requests from the Angular DevTools extension.
