JoostK 6ca1a53a19 refactor(compiler-cli): workaround for CI failure in Windows (#49136) ... It seems that changes in prior commits led to a new error in the Windows CI job, likely due to its sandboxing setup in Bazel. This commit adds an explicit type annotation that should avoid the error.
