Allows to provide a TestBed option to throw on unknown elements in templates:
```ts
getTestBed().initTestEnvironment(
BrowserDynamicTestingModule,
platformBrowserDynamicTesting(), {
errorOnUnknownElements: true
}
);
```
The default value of `errorOnUnknownElements` is `false`, so this is not a breaking change.
