Andrew Kushnir 54766fb35f refactor(core): defer triggers cleanup (#52291) ... This commit adds the logic to cleanup all triggers once defer block is triggered. When a trigger is created, its cleanup function is stored alongside other defer block info. Prefetch and regular triggers are store in different slots, since we need to invoke them at different time.
