Currently there is no support in ngtsc for imports of the form: ``` import * as core from `@angular/core` export function forRoot(): core.ModuleWithProviders; ``` This commit modifies the `ReflectionHost.getImportOfIdentifier(id)` method, so that it supports this kind of return type.
