JoostK d9060d9cfb refactor(compiler-cli): remove ngcc-only builtin functions (#49136) ... ngcc's reflection host would recognize tslib helpers and some JS builtin methods to allow the static interpreter to evaluate compiled and downleveled JS code, but now that ngcc has been removed this functionality is no longer being used.
