The `pnpm install` command was failing for the `packages/core/test/bundling` project with the error: `ERR_PNPM_NO_MATCHING_VERSION No matching version found for @angular/compiler-cli@0.0.0-PLACEHOLDER` This happenes only in renovate updates.
